Our purpose built, modern, luxurious building is designed to blend into the naturally stunning landscape surrounded by large native trees and tropical gardens. A bitumen driveway with direct ramp/wheelchair access from our car park leads you to reception, the cat shop and a tropical aquarium wall through which you can see our cat suites.

Please note we are now closing at 5pm during the winter months (1st June to 31st August) due to safety regulations with insufficient lighting in the car park and on the ramp. Although, we are flexible should you need to drop off between 5 and 5.30pm, which can be arranged prior to your pick up date

Wow, how fast is the end of the year approaching!!! Please book now to avoid disappointment for your cat’s holiday during the busiest time of the year. We do only have limited spaces available for this time and do require a minimum of 10 nights stay.
We are closed from the 24th December to the 1st January inclusive and should you require alternative arrangements for extended stays which require picking up or dropping off during these dates, please contact the office.
Please also note that we are more than happy for inspections and for clients to access the main cat accommodation at all times, but request that access be denied during the period of 20th December to 3rd January, due to Occupational Health and Safety reasons, safety of the cats and limited time. During this exceptionally busy time of the year, we can have up to 6 staff, cleaning trolleys and lots of cats to care for, so appreciate that Management and staff get to provide quality, safe time with all of the cats. Please feel free, if you haven’t seen the facility prior to dropping your cat off during this busy period, that you arrange for an inspection beforehand.
